Muses Bring “Power to the People” to the 2026 Annual Celebration

Some of the most memorable moments of this year’s Annual Celebration at The Beverly Hilton came from students. Muses, the treble contemporary a cappella group from John Burroughs High School in Burbank, took the stage and reminded everyone why our voices matter.

With an a cappella arrangement of John Lennon’s “Power to the People,” Muses turned an anthem of civic action into a message for today’s students. Performed for a room of engaged attorneys, educators, and students, the song amplified the evening’s theme that young people have the power to raise their voices and help shape their democracy.
