Teaching Resilience in Health, Psychology, and Science Classes
Are you looking for ways to help your students understand and deal with stress? Join us on October 26 at 6:00 PM for a series of ready-to-use classroom lessons focused on providing students with ways to handle stress in their lives.
These interactive lessons explore the biological pathways of the stress response, how resilience factors can reroute those pathways, and ways students can incorporate resilience strategies into their lives.
The lessons are aligned with the California Next Generation Science Standards.
